Since the release of Modern Warfare 2019, Call of Duty: Warzone has undergone significant changes and integration with premium titles on an annual basis. With the impending release of Modern Warfare 3, players are wondering if Warzone 3 will be introduced and if there will be seamless integration between the two games.
At present, there are no official plans or development for Warzone 3 from Activision. However, Call of Duty has announced that they will share details about the future of Warzone during the Call of Duty Next event on October 5th. While Warzone 2 renamed itself alongside Modern Warfare 2, recent name changes and the closure of the original Warzone suggest that Warzone 3 may not have a numerical designation and could retain its current name.
It is important to note that no specific details about the next chapter of Warzone have been announced by Activision. However, updates will be provided if they release any new information. In the meantime, players can look forward to the integration of MW2 content into Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, as well as information about the leaked map for MW3’s Warzone.
