vivo is set to expand its T2 series with the launch of the vivo T2 Pro in India on September 22. Marketed as the “Performance Pioneer,” this smartphone promises extreme performance combined with trendy aesthetics. With a curved display and a centered punch-hole for the selfie camera, the T2 Pro’s design hints at similarities to the recently released iQOO Z7 Pro.
Speculation suggests that the vivo T2 Pro could be a rebranded iQOO Z7 Pro. If so, it is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 7200 SoC. The iQOO Z7 Pro boasts impressive features, including a 6.78″ 120Hz FullHD+ curved AMOLED screen and a 4,600 mAh battery with 66W charging. It runs on Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13 and offers two storage configurations: 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB.
The iQOO Z7 Pro also boasts a sophisticated camera system. Its rear setup includes a 64MP primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and electronic image stabilization (EIS), a 2MP depth sensor, and a 16MP selfie camera. Additionally, the device is IP52-rated for dust and water resistance.
As we eagerly await the launch of the vivo T2 Pro, it would be interesting to discover any additional features or improvements it may offer compared to its iQOO counterpart. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting new addition to the vivo T2 series.
