The official trailer for Season 2 of NBC’s Quantum Leap has been released, and it’s filled with excitement and adventure! Set to the tune of The Chamber Brothers’ “Time Has Come Today,” the teaser takes us on a journey through various time periods, including a spy mission in 1961 Egypt, a UFO investigation in 1949, and even the Witch Trials in 1692 Massachusetts.
Dr. Ben Song, played by Raymond Lee, will once again be at the center of the action, leaping into different bodies and time periods. However, this time he won’t be alone. He will have the support of his team members, including Herbert “Magic” Williams, portrayed by Ernie Hudson. Hudson expressed his excitement for his character, hoping to see Magic take on a new role as a hologram or join Ben on his leaps.
The cast of Season 2 will also feature familiar faces from the first season, such as Caitlin Bassett, Ernie Hudson, Mason Alexander Park, and Nanrisa Lee. New series regulars Eliza Taylor and Peter Gadiot were recently confirmed to join the cast, adding even more depth to the show.
Fans can catch Season 2 of Quantum Leap when it premieres on NBC on October 4 at 8 p.m. ET. Episodes will also be available for streaming on Peacock the day after they air. If you haven’t seen Season 1 yet, you can binge-watch it on Peacock before the new season starts.
Don’t miss out on all the time-traveling adventures and thrilling mysteries that Quantum Leap has in store for its viewers. It’s a show that will keep you on the edge of your seat and leave you wanting more.
